Initially established to handle Notary Signing Agent closings, the business expanded over the course of a year, prompting Joshua Ross to obtain his Real Estate License. As third-generation business owners, Joshua and Kaylea have cultivated a wealth of industry knowledge, having been mentored by seasoned professionals within their family. Their experience, combined with a strong foundation of expertise and entrepreneurial drive, enables them to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to their clients.

    Joshua Ross is a commissioned Notary Public in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Alabama, as well as a third-generation Real Estate Agent. He specializes in providing tailored Notary and Real Estate referral services while consistently upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client satisfaction. Mr. Ross holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Voice from the renowned Manhattan School of Music, where he developed a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
